We accept returns of some items up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition to avoid re-stocking fees. Due to personal hygiene, some items are only returnable when they are sealed in original package.
Opened products will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Returns will be processed via the original method of payment you used to make your purchase. The full amount of the order, minus any restocking fees that may apply, will be refunded.
Upon receiving your shipment, we recommend checking it for damage and to confirm that you have received everything that you have ordered.

You will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred on return orders.

To request a return for all or part of an order placed through our online store, please fill out the form below. Your request will then be reviewed and you will be emailed with further instructions. Note that if you’re requesting a return due to damage done in shipping, you may be asked to email photos of the damage in question.
