By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
At Align Home Health Care we try our best to maintain high levels of inventory, however, occasionally products may run out of stock. We will notify you of out of stock items within 1 business day after your order has been placed.
All orders must be paid upon order remittance. Once you place your order, you can pay by VISA, Mastercard or Debit through our website.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada.
All orders are shipped through UPS.
All packages are sent with no signature required for them to be successfully delivered. If you’re not home when your order arrives it will be left by the front door of your home. If you prefer that your order requires a signature to be delivered, contact us before ordering to arrange that with our shipping department. If left as “no signature required” you the customer assume all responsibility for the package once it has been successfully delivered by UPS.
After an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders will typically be delivered between 2-5 days after they have been processed, although these times could be longer in rural areas.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders with a subtotal (before tax) of $50 or more are shipped free of charge. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $10.
Refunds & Returns
We accept returns of some items up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition to avoid re-stocking fees. Due to personal hygiene, some items are only returnable when they are sealed in original package.
Opened products will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Returns will be processed via the original method of payment you used to make your purchase. The full amount of the order, minus any restocking fees that may apply, will be refunded.
Upon receiving your shipment, we recommend checking it for damage and to confirm that you have received everything that you have ordered.
To submit a return claim, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number provided in your order confirmation e-mail, along with:
- Your name and phone number.
- Product code, description and quantity.
- Date of claim.
If the product is damaged we also ask that you include photos of the damage to the product.
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred on return orders.
